Upfront notice: We only like white chicken meat; they only offer dark per direct request since their previous chicken had zero white meat. I'd suggest they reconsider, as we will never order dark meat chicken. BBQ ribs were big and meaty. Half slab was $15. Fabulous. The BBQ chicken was great and moist as well. $10 Ala carte order. They have meals for more $ that included potato salad and BBQ beans. Their desserts sounded good but didn't order. The ONLY negative: We like white meat and didn't want to be too high maintenance, since it's not that kind of place, we just ordered the whole chicken . When we got home, their whole chicken was four legs, two thighs, one breast and zero wings. I've never seen a chicken like that. I'd definitely inquire about this next time and there will be a next time. Update: A Big PS: The only have dark chicken , no white meat. It's all casual, a few outside tables, great takeout. I've been driving by their long lines for a while. I saw a shorter line and pulled a fast, hard and U-turned and was glad I did. Their grilling is outdoors. People were helpful and kind. It reminded me of homemade or what BBQ used to be. We didn't have drinks or desserts. A Big PS: The only have dark chicken , no white meat.
Fall off the bone? Come here. Ribs that don't need a ton of sauce? Come here. Plate eaten clean? Come here. Local business with knock out ribs? Come here.
Absolutely delicious & you can't beat the prices anywhere. The Pork was tender and juicy, the BBQ sauce was tangy and sweet, but not too tangy, and the sides were both tasty. I loved the baked beans, and I'm pretty picky on baked beans. The Banana Pudding was really good, too. Everything was so delicious and we will definitely be back for more!
The food was okay for the price. Pulled pork was slightly dry and a small portion for the sandwich. The chicken was pretty good. Some of the rib nuggets were good and some were very dry. The Mac n cheese was only okay. Baked beans were good
The smell drove me here. Food was fantastic. I couldn't get in my mouth fast enough. Meal was $8, and worth every penny. Thank you for the wonderful food, but you ran out of banana pudding.
